Feedback for The Hat Let's face it, it is not hard to find a pastrami joint in Pasadena. If you are not picky, most major intersections have a joint that will sell you a pastrami sandwich.
However, if you want the very best, there is no other option than The Hat. And if you happen to be dining with someone looking for something other than pastrami, don't worry. The rest of their menu is amazing in both choices and quality.
I rank them the best place to blow your New Year's diet resolution, hands down.8 months ago

Feedback for In-N-Out Burger The food is absolutely delicious. They have a simple menu, let you customize almost limitlessly and do what they do incredibly well. I've not once been disappointed by their food, which I can't say for a single other restaurant.
The only drawback about something as hands-down fabulous as In-N-Out is that you can always expect a line. But it's never too long, the workers are always very courteous and do everything possible to speed things up while still delivering a high quality product9 months ago

Feedback for Feedback.com I noticed that some users give positive feedback but still have a thumbs down icon associated with that feedback. I wonder if those users might not understand the words "Kudos" and "Gripe", especially if they are not native English speakers. Perhaps you could add the icons above/near the words?9 months ago
Feedback.com Thanks for the feedback. We've also noticed this a few times in the past and will be adding some help to the input screen in a future release to make the selections clearer. Interestingly, several prior mis-classifications of feedback sentiment were reported as user errors, not a misunderstanding of the words.
