Feedback for IHOP We went to the IHOPS in Chico,CA on Saturday and had the worst meal we have ever had. We were a regular customer there. The coupon we had stated that you could buy one meal and two drinks and get the second one of equal or less value for free. We ordered two Chicken Fried steaks breakfast and we ordered our Great Grandson the smiley face pancake when we paid the bill instead of getting the second Chicken Fried steak breakfast free we got the pancake. We will not be going back.8 months ago
