I went into the warrington branch today and i needed some advise on a makeup product . There was no female staff around to ask so i asked the guy on the perfume counter. His name was grant and he was extremely helpful and happy to assist. He solved my problem for me and i was served also by a lovely lady called Jackie. All in all it was a pleasant shopping experience and i was happy with the service. Diane

(Assoc #2451) Roger was very helpful. He answer all our questions. We walked into a department full of sale people and he was the only one who help us and the only one who made the sale. Hooray for Roger!!

very clean store, very couteous and helpfur employees . like the drive thru.
