Best Western Frensham Ponds, a perfect setting for a hotel, the staff are first class, the food excellent,everything perfect, i recommend this hotel.

Hotel Syracuse just outside of Nice in France. We arrived to find building work in progress of which we were not told. The management especially the lady manager was very rude. The staff although were very nice.One morning there was no bread left at 8.30am for the continental breakfast. The light in the lift was broken and no attempt was made to repair it this in fact disabled the use of the lift entirely.We paid for a sea view it was very obscure in fact one had to stand up to see it.

hotel is excellent for price you pay. for a working industry to have a hotel that is clean, friendly, accomdating to your needs for a price we can afford is great. Housekeeping great as well as front desk representative

Best Western Airport Inn in Calgary has been an exceptionally good experience for us as we stayed there while waiting for our first grandchild and another stay as we were in Calgary for her Babtism. Thanks for the good service.

Although I haven't traveled in recent years, my family and I did travel the Western US quite a bit at one time. We found that we could count on Best Westerns to offer a consistent experience. Above average service, restaurants, and room comfort + they don't decorate the rooms in the gaudy fashion of other hotel chains. I'll take a Best Western every time!

Over all a nic eplace to stay with great ammentities and so on. However all I really needed was a small room with a bed, a bathroom, TV and Internet. A small cubicle that is about 10 by 10 feet would have been enough. Even a place with a shared Internet connection and a simple room would have been great. As I was here for only about 8 hours, $110 seems like too much money. Chiliwack Rainbow Country Inn

2nd time of visiting this hotel, great last but even better this time. I would certainly--and have already --reccomended you to many friends and family, especially the golfing fraternity. Looking forward to seeing all of the staff again ASAP, a lovelier bunch of people could not be found elsewhere, all seem to be so happy t work for management and are so happy to see visitors--new and old!
