friendly and prompt service for merchandise. The Flemington Store could use some extra help on Sunday afternoon in the Cafe. The guy kept his cool even though he was working alone & he worked swiftly.

This is feedback in conection with a purchase from the Borders Bookstore located in Riverside Plaza, Riverside, CA. Our service has been excellent at that store as all of the employees are professional and courteous.

I love Border's Pasadena. And I spend thousands of dollars per year there. But I'm going to stop going if they don't open more registers, especially when there is a line of 30 people long and they insist on keeping only 1 or 2 checkout lanes open. I don't get it. They have 10 people walking around the store, but they refuse to put them behind the counter.

I just stopped in at the TimeWarner Center store, to browse on my walk back to my hotel: bought four books. Non-fiction/Biography section is awesome. Keep it up and use that store as the benchmark for all or your stores!
