Three of us dined in for lunch at the West Columbia, TX restaurant on Sat. Jan. 16, 2010. It was 62 degrees in the dining area, and they refused to turn the heater on, saying it was hot in there. We had to keep our coats on to eat. Also, two of us ordered corn on the cob, and when asked if we could have some butter, were told they had none. All the posters showed butter on the corn on the cob. Some sort of compensation needs to be given. What a horrible experience we had!
