wonderful food at Frankies in Watford, service was fantastic, great atmosphere....we had to wait for a table as it was busy but were seated 10 minutes into our expected 20 minute wait, the manager was very helpful and patient with me as i have food allergies, he went through all the dishes i could have, and even said i could swap different things around to suit my needs. Shall most definatly return!!

Dined on Valentines day, we ordered 1 child meal, 2junior meals & 1 adult meal. Im a small eater so I opted for a junior meal, when bill was out, i was charged separate for my drink & desert which is supposed to be included in the jr meal, when i asked, they said jr meal was only for child, but we explained, im a small eater. In the 1st place no one explained when we are ordering in the 1st instance..I was disappointed the way they manage to the customer not well orientd w/ their system.

Menu excellent. Something for everyone. Unfortunately, there is one table in the Gyle, Edinburgh that's not the best and we were at it. Right next to the hot servery and we had 3 small kids with us. Waiters running by us, banging into our chairs constantly and with hot food. Probably should have asked to have been moved but restaurant was extremely busy. Apart from that, I can't complain at all. Staff always pleasant.

went to frankie n bennys on valentines day. the garlic bread was excellent but the steak we had for our main course was a different matter. although it was very tasty it was also very veiny and chewy so we only managed to get through half of it. when the waiter asked us how it was and we told him it was too chewy to eat he replied "oh ok,,ill get your bill then shall i" and came back with it in less than a minute. there were no apologies or offers of a discount, he just walked away. not good.

Visited f and b selly oak birmingham for daughters birthday! Everything was wrong from flat coke to the food order being totally messed up. then to top it all off the wonderful staff decided to add things to the bill and not tell us of the deals we actually ended up paying for. We as a family would not return to this restaurant. Also a bit of advice for future reference to the staff; If possible try to get to 1 waiter per table to avoid so many cock ups....

After a trip to the cinema, went for food at Newport (south wales) Frankie&Benny's. DISGUSTING! Ordered x2 bellinis, which were WARM and in DIRTY GLASSES. The food order was messed up, the food was cheap and horrible, the bill was wrong, and they were obviously glad to see the back of me..then went on the F&B website to complain about wasting my money and only an address. I will write to them, and next time Id rather find food out of a skip than go there again.

Very disappointed with the recent meal we had at Frankie and Benny's in Stirling. The service was below average, we ordered Calzone Meatball Pizza's - two meatballs!! The side order of fries were cold and had obviously been re-heated several times.

We've dined at F&Bs many times, but after this experience, I doubt if we will return.

First visit to Frankie and Benny's what a disappointment! The service was less than satisfactory. I took my son for a treat, he felt sick after his starter and couldn't eat his made, when I informed the staff they made no alternative suggestion and charged me for a meal that had barely been touched. I went for a meal at the Selby branch with five ladies from work, the food was very good, the waitress was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was good there were several birthday's in and the cakes kept coming out. The only slightly negative comment that I have is that the drinks orders do tend to be slow this is the fourth time that I have been and each time I have noticed this. Overall we had a great night and will be going again. This was on a Friday evening and it was quite busy.

Restaurant was too cold and prices are much too high, We visited with our 3 teenage boys and bill came to almost Â£90 and we only had garlic bread to start, mains and 2 drinks each, no deserts. Had we had visited a pub we would have saved at lease Â£30 so I don't think we will be back in a hurry!

Popped in after the Cinema just to finish the evening off. All four of us (2 children aged 12) enjoyed the food with no complaints. The best bit was the service which was prompt and the waiter was excellent and kept checking to see if we were happy! Very important. Gave him a big tip, he deserved it!

Visiting your restaurant in Yeovil I was once again let down by lack of produce.No prawns,no bacon, wrong meals delivered as has been commonplace in your Yeovil branch.As I appreciate this is a busy time of year,we encountered the same problems in October. As this was a Christmas gift perhaps 6 selection boxes would have been a much better option!!!

The service at Frankie and Bennys in Leamington Spa was excellent. It was very busy and still the food was excellent and we did not have to wait long at all.
The only thing I can complain about was I had to wipe down the baby changing station before I could use it for my 12 week old daughter. Other than that we had a great time and will certainly be going back.

My family went to F&B's, Rubery recently. Even though it wasn't very busy (about 6 tables occupied when we got there) we had to wait for every course, including drinks, and for desert order to be taken. Most people who came in after us finished before us. It got to the point where we felt invisible. We did get an apology from one of the waitresses after pointing out that we hadn't left a tip because of the poor service. Food was not hot, as it had been sat for a while before being served.

My husband and I took our 2 girls to the Morecambe restaraunt on Christmas Eve as a SPECIAL TREAT, the starter platter was great but the main meals we very dissapointing, luke warm and hardly any sauce on the carbonara, the pizza was like soggy dough and the extra mushrooms were missing but charged for they did say thet would bring them but they never arrived? We booked a table for christmas eve at the Redfield Way, Nottingham restaurant. We were promised a christmas table with crackers balloons free dough balls and a table booked for 6.30 for 2 hrs. What we actually got was a cramped table more for 6 than 8 not ready until 7pm (we stood from 6.15 and watched the table we ended up with empty, not cleared until we complained) no baloons no crackers no free dough balls!!!!!!!!! No Â£20 depsoit took off bill at end - basically ruined our christmas eve!

F&B Bristol on a cold and snowy day! Service was fast (actually a bit too fast as we didn't get chance to ask for hot chocolates after our meal).

The atmosphere is great, children are welcom but it's not a free for all so a happy medium when taking children. The childrens meal at Â£3.95 is good value, they had a drink, colouring pack,pizza/fish fingers, beans and fries and also ice-cream afterwards.

We visited F&B's Burton on Trent on the 17th Dec. The staff were excellent but as for the food!!! My steak was over cooked and dry like cardboard it was ordered medium?, the mushroom and tomatoes cold. This is another bad meal due to the standard of food. My wifeâ€™s meal was OK but not great and the kids were again just OK. They seem to have an issue with cooking. The food comes in 2 forms burnt or cold. It is a shame as the staff are great but let down very badly by poor cooking

I attend your place at Morfa shoppingpark, SA1 1BP quite regular & always find the staff very relaxed in thier jobs & this leads to an excellent service at all times. I have attented during very busy times and more quiet occasions, and with varied age range of people and the level of service caters for all needs. We visited Frankie and Benny's at the Fort Glasgow. We booked in advance as we know how busy it can get. We were shown to our table as soon as we arrived and served shortly afterwards. Went to frankie and benny's in Broadstairs, westwood cross with my 4 year old son. Was really impressed. Meal and glass of wine for me and lemonade and pudding for him came to same price as I paid the other day in Pizza hut - Â£21. Frankie and Benny's was far more superior, the food was nicer, and a meal I wanted to eat rather than a choice of bland samey pasta or pizza. Visited F&Bs at St Andrews Dock, Hull yesterday afternoon. The resteraunt was very busy, however the food arived ater a short wait and was excelent. I got the impression from the glasses piling up on the bar and the way that the staff were dashing about that the resteraunt was a bit understaffed. All in all though it was a good experiance and we will probably eat there again.

The meal was nice but i asked for a well done steak and it still had blood coming out of it, i also waited ages to give my money so i just gave it to the bar and left. I have been before and it was great food, and service, i will go back as i am hoping it was a one off.

I have accessed this website to obtain information as stated on the Frankie and Bennys receipt, following my completion of the online survey. I tried to use my Voucher for the Â£5 off at F & B the other day but was told it was not able to be used with the lunch menu. When I queried this I was told that there are terms and conditions and I should look at these, but although the receipt says the T & C's are availbale on this website, they are not, as far as I can see. So how on earth do you get

My parents and our kids had lunch at F&B's in Huntingdon yesterday. We couldn't believe how quick the service was and everyone's food was excellent. To top it all, our waitress was charming and attentive with just the right amount of cheek for my old dad. Thank you

F&B' Plymouth, we went as a group of 8, pre-booked - sat down at 7:30pm. Two of us ordered pizza, 15 mins later the waiter comes back and informs us there are no pizzas left? What kind of restaurant (where pizzas take up 1/3 of the menu) runs out that early?).
We ended up with Â£9 burger that I could have got at weatherspoons for 1/2 price and got a free drink.
The evening got better when I was woken up at midnight with my wife moaning in pain and running to the toilet with severe squirts.

F&B's Birstall W/Yorks, fantastic staff nothing too much trouble, VERY friendly, efficiant and proffesional. Food wise as a veggie I am struggling with menus but here it tastes better than anywhere else. The cheeseburger is to die for. Has Turner Road as well, my idea of heaven. Pricey yes it is but I have never had to send anything back or been unable to eat it. You get what you pay for, good food and good service.

not sure what nationality the kitchen (chef's) are but they sure dont have any pride in there work. food is slapped down on a plate it seams, anyway does as far as they are concerned. i had the mealball siciliana calzone. dry as a desert, no sauce to speak of and the calzone was like dry wallpaper, as for the chicken penna romana , the chicken did a very good job of not being seen. even the ciabatta bread was an insult, a pathetic little blob of garlic butter in the middle, the rest dry and cold. the new york chicken,sorry but not worth the money. over- all a very disappointed night for my family.

2 Great Breakfasts at their with tea and coffee for Â£10 - a great deal at thier Chester Retail Park resturant. The food was really superb. Service was efficient and friendly and our waitress, Aga, was a simply stunning hottie - should be a model!. Thanks all - we'll be back.

i have just been to frankie & bennys longwell green bristol today for lunch with my family.....
it was the most disgusting food we have ever had and the manager who name is steven gilbert was a disgrace and practically laughed at me when i said i sent the same amount of food back to the kitchen as what came out in the 1st place , the main meal i had was a burger and it was so greasy i could only manage 2 bites, the chips we stone cold and had to be sent back but all the chef did was put more warm chips on top and send it back to me. my wifes spaghetti and meatballs we straight out of a packet and the meatballs could not even be cut with a knife,, i will be complain to there head office, and to there general manager name is = izaks sleg and area manager who name is karen stone ..... never again i am disgusted and from this day forward i will be telling every person i now to stay well away from them.....

Have been to Frankie And Bennys Colchester a couple of times now and have found the service lovely and a great atmosphere, tho the food was rather greasy last time i went which i was surprised about as was really nice before. Will deff go back and try it again.
