There are probably a lot of ways this could be used - my original thought was a way for companies to receive feedback on their products, services, and marketing programs. Unfiltered info can be hard to come by. Things may be pretty filtered before they reach the executive level. It could also be used to protect consumers. I hate having to dig through numerous blogs to find out that a product isn't worth it, or service is poor somewhere. With feedback.com, companies will think twice before screwing someone over.
