The Hallmarkfeedback.com survey to get $2 is a miserable turnoff. The page of instructions requiring the installation of cookies is more than anyone should have to do. Is Hallmark stupid hiring Service Management Corp to run this thing for them? Why not a 1-800 number which someone could easily do? I don't think Hallmark wants anyone to get the $2.00.

The Hallmark stores are the ONLY place I purchase my greeting cards. (I will not purchase the ones made in China though!) The other day I wanted to buy something for my daughter-in-law to congratualte her on her new job. I found a very pretty scarf that I know she will love. Nice store, but not a very good selection of cards at Becky's Hallmark. I frequently end up going back to the Hallmark store I frequented when living in Durham to find what I want. Also, as often as I shop this store they are not very friendly, and always ask for my ID when I pay other than cash. They should know who I am at this point.

Have been shopping in Hallmark stores for over 30 years & never had a complaint that was not taken care of by courteous employees. Your employees should be
trained in wrapping gifts. When a person receives a gift that is wrapped beautifully they might become a future customer. I noticed that there have been complaints about receiving the $2.00 coupon validation code. I hope this doesn't happen to me.

Very Happy with the customer service. Being as I am disabled, they made sure that I was well taken care of. My purchases were brought out to my car so I didn't have to carry them & try to walk with my cane at the same time. I have been a Hallmark Customer for over 40 years and I feel that our local Hallmark store is the best one ever! The ladies are so kind and always very welcoming and have always have smiles on their faces. ALWAYS interact with customers and very helpful. They give you "space" when warranted. I cannot imagine my life without our Hallmark Store on Hilton Head Island, SC!!

I enjoyed my shopping day at the Tualatin Hallmark. The salespeople always say hello to me and ask if I need any assistance when I walk in. Truly friendly and I enjoy my visits when I'm due for some cards.

Am a very, very frequent shopper at Hallmark stores. Almost always find the sales staff very good to work with (store manager would not be my favorite to see on the floor - seems to be unfavorably critiquing the staff in front of customers). Always more comfortable when manager is not present.

I love my Hallmark at Nitro Marketplace. Patti and Jane,
and the rest of the staff always make me feel like a valued customer. They are very courteous and helpful.
I like to buy all of my cards there, and a lot of gift items
and miscellaneous also. I love getting the specials, awards, and talking stuffed animals. Their location is
very handy for me also. I hope they will be able to carry
even more nice gift items in the future, and not quite so
much sports type merchandise. Thank you!

Ordinary service. Staff is typically unremarkable. I shop here frequently due to the store's convenience and am always a bit disappointed at the lack of warm greetings from this local store.Occasionally I will find a young salesperson surprisingly pleasant.
