About Feedback.com
Feedback.com is a free online platform providing a simple, efficient, and authentic feedback service that transforms the way brands and businesses engage with their customers.
What we believe
- More people would give their feedback if it were faster, easier, handled by a trusted third-party, and actually had a chance to reach someone who cares.
- More businesses and organizations would want to get feedback if it was directed "to someone," not just posted on the web "about someone."
- Web sites that publish reviews about people or businesses in order to sell advertising are focused on the wrong thing and frequently become a place for budding critics to gossip and perform for an audience. Feedback should be about the honest exchange between people.
- While its fair game to have an honest gripe about an individual experience with a person or business, unless you're a professional critic, giving them a star rating is highly arbitrary and typically misleading. It's the feedback content that matters most.
- Star ratings should be reserved for movies, books and other static things, not people, businesses, or things that change. People can mark their individual feedback as positive or negative, but ranking or listing businesses based on a few star ratings is irresponsible.
- Feedback can be useful to the general public, but certain feedback messages should be kept private. Brands want and need a place to get feedback where the deck is not stacked against them. An isolated incident should not be allowed to unfairly damage someone's reputation.
