It's widely published that we are an obese nation. Now IHOP promotes unlimited pancakes.
Maybe that's only one of many reasons why we are.

I visit the US from Australia regularly and most recently I did a road trip with a friend passing through a lot of the states east coast side.We dined at Ihop for breakfast most days that we were up early and on the road.The service and hospitality have always been of a high standard and I recommend the chain to all my friends who travel to the US. So to all your dedicated staff and management, thank you for a good value meal and a great service.

on my boyfriends bday we were looking for a place that was good for him to have some steak and evcven though ihop has it for breakfast it made it better cause it was already gonna be 2am so ihop was the best choice

I went into the iHop with my roommate on Feb. 1,10 at 7pm at night. We went to the Holland, OH location on Airport Hwy. When we arrived we stood at the door for 5 minutes before anyone ever sat us. There was about 6 tables in the entire restaurant at the time. We were given our drinks but no one ever took our order. We sat there for 10 minutes without ever being approached. Our server had no clue that we were her table. The manager was awful and never apologized... Absolutely rude.

I have to say that on behalf of my wife and my daughter that just recently relocated close to us in the treasure coast in Florida, we went to eat at Ihop in the Stuart US FED H'WY area and we were very disappointed with the poor service that we had there first of all we had to wait close to a hour before we were seated then,after being seated the service was terrible, food not cooked right served us mazzoerella stick without any cheese inside regret ever going there.
will not ever go back.

I go to the IHOP at Cesar Chavez and IH 35 in Austin TX, for lunch at least twice if not three times a week between 11:30 - 12:30. I really enjoy eating there because the staff makes me feel very welcome, my meal is always exactly as I request, and the waitstaff are very good at their jobs. The manager is always very nice and checks up on me to make sure everything is alright. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate their hard work. Thank you.

We went to the IHOPS in Chico,CA on Saturday and had the worst meal we have ever had. We were a regular customer there. The coupon we had stated that you could buy one meal and two drinks and get the second one of equal or less value for free. We ordered two Chicken Fried steaks breakfast and we ordered our Great Grandson the smiley face pancake when we paid the bill instead of getting the second Chicken Fried steak breakfast free we got the pancake. We will not be going back.

I went to IHOP #1289, with three friends. We sat down and asked the waitress to please split the bill because i did not have enough on my debit card for everyone so of course she told me no. So i asked the front desk person could I have a table alone, she stated very rudely and with a nasty attitude that I could come back another day because I already came as four, so I told everyone let's go. So me & my friends vowed never to go back to that IHOP , and I'm telling around around me no to.

The IHOP at 18860 South Dixie Highway, Miami Florida 33157has bad management and equipment. We gave our credit card and stood there for 20 mins. waiting for an approval. They said the transaction was canceled because their computer didn't work. We paid cash for the meal but later found out that the credit card went through.We drove 14 miles back to the IHOP the next day to notify them and they really didn't care. I had the bank take care of the situation. I am a
very disappointed customer.

We went to Ihop on Colerain, Wed. evening with a group of 13 from church. The waitresses were not good, lazy and acted like it was no big deal that the food and coffee was cold. They added an 18% gratuity to our bill, which was not deserved. And even went so far as to write in the tip and total on on my credit card slip. I am appalled that Ihop has such crappy wait staff. I will not be going back to Ihop and I am going to warn everyone I know about what happened!!

Your people at the Ihop at the corner of Brown and Higley, Mesa, Arizona need serious lessons in their people skills. We were there this morning, the hostess was about as happy as if she just gotten fired. Three wait persons were standing talking and laughing and when I ask if anyone was working the area they said "Oh we were not paying attention. Then laughed. I shall not visit your establishment any time soon and plan to tell friends not to go there either. Virginia

I stopped at the IHOP in St. Cloud, Mn on Jan. 16th around 10:55. Approximately 10 to 12 people waiting. We were told there would be a 15 to 20 min. wait, which we decided to wait. While waiting, I used the restroom, as I walked through that part of the restaurant I noticed 5 tables open. When I returned from the restroom, I checked on the other side of the restaurant at least 3 tables available.At 11:30 my husband and I were sitted. Why were the "CUSTOMERS" not sitted with tables open??

i went to the ihop in san antonio,tx roosevelt & military.the food&service were good but then soured when i paid.i paid with a fifty and the manager looks at me puts the bill up to the light looks at me again marks it with the money marker looks at me again & finally rings up the food.it was embarrassing so i told my wife in front of him"i told u it would work" looked at him and walked out.i feel because i wear rock shirts i was stereotyped.he has a nasty una-brow & i didnt say anything cmon!

I have gone to the restant in Tulare, Ca and I will not go back. All orders at our table were taken at the same time but they served three of us and when we were almost done they served the other three and my 19 month grandson was served last. The baby should of been served first. This is not the first time I have had bad serves in this I Hop

The new location in grapevine tx off 121. I have been there 2 different times and both times they do not have chicken fried steak. My mom and dad eat 2 meals a day at I hops and sometimes they get upset when they cannot order what they like.

IHOP IS PROBABLY OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT FOR EATING AT ON A REGULAR BASIS.THE REGULAR MENU IS VERY GOOD AND THE BREAKFAST MENU IS GREAT.OVER THE YEARS I ,AND THE FRIENDS THAT EAT WITH US REGULARLY,HAVE AQUIRED A TASTE FOR FLAVORED COFFEE.I STOPPED DRINKING YOUR COFFEE BECAUSE I HAVE BECOME SO ADDICTED TO FLAVORS.WHY NOT OFFER THE FLAVORS,AT LEAST FRENCH VANILLA,IN THE SMALL CONTAINERS LIKE THE HALF AND HALF,AND IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE REFRIGERATED.THE LARGE GAS STATIONS OFFER THESE CONTAINERS

At your Springfield IL.resturant on Dirkson Ave. I was seated promply by the host and was served coffee but that was the only service I recieved and left paying for my coffee after an extended time. There were staff standing around and talking everywhere but no service. I believe this needs to be looked into. But that morning I did not recieve my IHOP breakfast but did get prompt service down the street at Dennys.Please check in to this Thanks Charlie Merrill Ripley, Ohio.

I visited with my daughters a new IHOP restaurant in Puerto Rico. Everyone here are excited for this new restaurant also we are frequent flyers and ussually eat there in US. Our experience was very very bad. The server NEVER attend us. I ask for service and the restaurant Manager wasn't nice. All the people around us that arrive later was served first. The restaurant wasn't full that was no reason to ignore us. I NEVER receive a follow up service and NEVER nobody said SORRY for a bad service

My husband and I had avery bad experience with IHOP today. We visited IHOP in Oxnard, CA (on Channel Islands Blvd), after we were sitted, the server ignored us until we had to go and ask for service. The food was really bad and customers at the next table were watching small TV, which was extremely loud and non of IHOP staff told them anything. This is the last time we will go IHOP.
