I recently visisted Kmart to purchase items listed in the sunday paper sales ad. I am extremely disapointed, and will probably never visit a Kmart again. I feel the ad was false advertising. The add stated if you buy 3 items of Tide Charmin Bounty etc you would receive $5 off and if you purchased 5 items you would receive $10 off. The ad stated you would receive your coupon for your $'s off at checkout, no where in this add did it state the coupon would be for your next purchase. I purchased the 5 items but I was not allowed to count the Charmin Toilet Paper due to the store said it was not allowed because I bought the 24 roll and that was not included even though the add clearly stated it was, they still would not allow it to go towards the $10 coupon so I only received a $5 coupon. Also if the coupon was for a next purchase then why was I not allowed to use coupons I had for Charmin, Tide and Bounty, the store would not allow me to use the coupons. The coupons would of totaled $2 in additional savings. The store said since the items were on sale I could not use them, since when does a store not allow you to use coupons for sale items. Again I feel this was false advertising and I will never view a Kmart sales ad or shop a Kmart again. If needed my address is 3326 Renwood Blvd Apt 303 Louisville ky 40214.
