We ordered an upright freezer from sears.com on Jan 2..we had delivery dates of jan 10, 15, 22, and they wanted to schedule again for the 29th of Jan. Each time they said the freezer was damaged when it was recieved in the wearhouse. When I called back, they changed the story to the freezer was back ordered. They sent me a gift card for 55.00 to try to apease me. I bought meat to be frozen, and had to give it away twice. I think your service has steadily declined. We cancelled.
