When I go to a coffee shop, I like to lounge in a nice big comfy chair next to a fire. This was no problem back home in Seattle--many Starbucks shops had comfy chairs and a beautiful fire place. Unfortunately, I now live in SoCal and I can't find a fireplace for the life of me. It's quite sad. The first coffee shop in the area to build a fire place and add comfy chairs will do extremely well (during the winter at least) and during the summer, the fireplace can be covered up. Simple.

At Patterson, Calif, when reloading my card, the card was palmed by the cashier and another w/zero balance was substituted. When discovered, the store said I had to call 1-800-starbucks and the starbucks operator said I had to resolve it with the store. Recognizing that I was in a stalling loop maneuver, I called VISA and cancelled the charge.

Ordered skinny, 1/2 caf, grande lattes on 22 (carmel-CHK #3546, going east) and 23 FEB (cinnamon-going west) at the STARBUCKS VERMILION VALLEY TRAVEL PLAZA on the Ohio Turnpike. I could not taste the coffee in either one. On 22 FEB, the server offered to remake it, same lousy flavor. After the second one I realized part of the problem is steaming and re-steaming skim milk, it turns into water.

I think starbucks is one of the best companys ever. But they have one flaw, their prices are really expensive. My advice to them is to lower the price by a dollar or two to make some real business.

The Starbucks on Alameda in Burbank near Main is far superior to the one on San Fernando with the drive through. The manager at the one in the mini mall seem to do nothing while her employees work hard. The group on Alameda has their act together.

Please have the Ukiah, CA store stay open later. I and many others don't get off work till around 10:pm and would really love to head strait for Starbucks to get a hot drink to head home with. I also love your staff here, they seem to always know what drink I want and know many by name! :) They are just what the doctor ordered when I have had a hard day. Now I would love it if they were there when I had a hard evening. Thanks for your time,

Dear Starbucks,
You are awesome! You have perfect lattes every time. I don't know why I am still amazed every time I take that first sip and it is perfect again. Probably because consistency is lacking at other places.
I also love the environment you provide at your coffee houses. The chairs, decor and mood are just wonderful! Thank you.

Is there no such thing as CONSISTENCY at any Starbucks? I order the same thing over and over and it is never the same. Why don't you replace everyone with machines. If there were a McDonalds within walking distance I would quite honestly go there for iced coffee since their product is better/cheaper and more consistent.
