Your T.J. Max store located in downtown Cincinnati is nice, the ambiance, displays, selection etc., but the customer service is very much lacking! There are three people I can think of that are very cordial. That would be the manager, a red headed middle aged white female, and there is one African American younger female, light skin complexion, longer hair, and approx.16-23 yrs. of age. These three people are very nice. Everyone else seems to always display a very rude & unpleasant demeanor.
